The Office is dedicated to external as well as internal communication activity of the Library and provides information, assistance and orientation, informs about activities that are available, facilitates access to all services.
In particular the Office for Relations with the Public of the Casanatense:
- provides the first information about the activities, the sectors and the general work of the Library;
- gives services, addresses, hours and offices’competence information;
- explains the course of proceedings for receiving book materials and for registration of the loan;
- receives suggestions on new books acquisition;
- increases customer satisfaction level and guarantees the participation of the users in quality standards evaluation receiving suggestions, proposals and complaints;
- verifies the relationship between the quantity and quality of delivered services and the users’ expectations in order to initiate the reorganisation or services development proces
